IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION

Changing an order – you have the right to change or amend an order after any payment to us before the materials are shipped. Once the despatch process has started, the order cannot be amended.

Cancelling an order - you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of making your first (deposit) payment to us.

In the event that you wish to amend or cancel your order, you can achieve this by writing to us at sales@farmfeedsystems.co.uk or telephone us on (+44) 1594 825106 stating your name, invoice number, contact details, and details of the amendment or reason for cancellation. If you have already received the goods, then you must return the goods to us at our head office, and package them securely for transhipment. Your payment will be despatched by first class post by cheque within 7 days of receiving your e-mail, or when the goods are returned and inspected.

For bespoke items, ie, non-stock special orders, we reserve the right to make a returns charge of 40% of the sales price of the item.

Adding to an order - If you wish to add an item to an open order, you essentially need to place a new order for the item you wish to purchase and we will then combine that new order with your existing open order.

Farm Feed Systems accept payment in US Dollars, Euros, and Pounds Sterling.
