FFS Pellet Mills is a division of Farm Feed Systems Limited. The company is a well-established independent privately-owned company based in rural Gloucestershire. Phil Herbert, our Managing Director, is a leading authority on making biomass pellets, and is passionate about the science and technology of pellet making.

Whilst our Directors and Engineers have been making agricultural feed and milling systems for many years, Farm Feed Systems Limited was established in 1999 and has built and installed Animal Feed Pellet Mills throughout the world. The company continues to manufacture and support hammer mills, pelletising equipment, and water pumps for farming, agriculture and rural communities internationally.

With the increasing threat of Global Warming and the need to provide Carbon Neutral Technology to protect the planet for future generations, FFS Pellet Mills designed their first biomass pellet mill in 2002.

After extensive research and testing of the technology, the first fully automatic commercial biomass pellet maker was installed in 2006.

Farm Feed Systems now has the ability to produce pellet mills to process a wide variety of products including:
